The level of professionalism was amazing! She was just as excited as I was to surprise my partner. There was a slight hiccup and she went completely out of her way to communicate and reassure me that everything was ok. As stated, everything turned out amazing! The decorations were so cute, the food oh my God!!!! The food was to die for!!! The steak was cooked to perfection, the salmon was cooked exactly how I like it, the asparagus was on point, the 6 cheese Mac I drooled over and while I’ve never had triple chocolate bread pudding with raspberry I was a little hesitant and nervous to try it but omgggggggg!!!!! I couldn’t stop eating! I ate both me and my partners serving! 😂 I WILL DEFINITELY be bragging about and recommending The Intimate Taste LLC to friends and family and I strongly suggest for any special occasion you may have coming up.

I have Personally meet Dajee and she is equally as wonderful as her food is. Her food really brought me back to my childhood when my grandma would cook for me. This food is fresh, delicious and very comforting. Would order this everyday without fail!!!

She was extremely flexible. Of course the food was inexplicably exquisite, but what me and my wife really respected was her punctuality and the ability to be flexible with time we were not immediately ready when she pulled up. She was patient and did not rush us as we were preparing for her arrival, the way the courses were served, one by one was extremely professional and her dessert? will leave you in heaven. Definitely belly busting food! You totally get your moneys worth with leftovers to boot! Cannot wait for our next event to book Chef Daj again!

i just recently catered a nigerian wedding in los angeles. The bride was interested in my adult treats and she booked me for her late night carnival themed snacks.

always ask for pictures and a tasting.
