What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we meet or receive a phone call with a new client we spend a few minutes to go over all request requirements for transportation services. We also explain what they can expect during and after the reservation process is complete, including details of the reservation deposit and remaining balance. Explaining customer how overtime payment works when customer is going above reserved time. Next we are proceeding with reservation process and sending reservation deposit receipt and reservation confirmation via email. Name and contact information of the driver send to customers a day before between 5PM-7PM.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All drivers are professionally trained to be able to transport people in company's vehicles. All drivers are required to provide us with results for Background Check, Drug Test, 10 Years MVR check, Child Abuse Check, National Sex Offender Check, Driving Defense Course (DDC), CTAA Passenger Assistance Safety and Sensitivity (PASS) Course.
Coronavirus (COVID-19) update: We take great precaution as a company with the current pandemic!!! To benefit our valued customers we make sure that all of our drivers are wearing masks. All Drivers have instructed to clean their hands often with an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60-95% alcohol or wash their hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Routinely using cleaning agents on all frequently touched surfaces on vehicles and equipment such as doors, doorknobs, seats, seatbelts, and car/booster chairs. We also have made a switch from glassware to plasticware so we can dispose of it after every use and lastly we make sure that after every job our vehicles in the fleet are cleaned inside and out!!! Our customers and drivers Safety is our number one priority!!!
