What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We figure out the basics, how many people the serving, what they're looking for, and their budget. We then work together to pick out a good menu and then everything is delivered to them fresh at no extra charge
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Domenic Betters holds a bachelor's degree in culinary management and has over 15 years of butcher & culinary experience. Tina Betters has successfully run food trucks and catering companies for 10 years running.
