Well we are a soul food & Bbq take out restaurant & catering company for the catering side we can make you almost anything from grilled half chickens to grilled sea bass and many old southern favorites like deep-fried black bass perch orange roughy red snapper and catfish to name a few or salmon with rice pilaf so you tell me what you desire and I'll tell you if we can make it!!
