We have 4 catering companies; The San Diego Taco Factory, The San Diego Pasta Forge (Italian), The San Diego Soup and Wrap Factory and The SD Catering Foundry.
All of our companies offer high quality, hand-prepared foods that are not found in Northeast Ohio or Western Pennsylvania for the price we offer. We are able to pass along to our guests an incredible break in pricing as being a drop off caterer. Drop off is not "drop and run", rather it is using high quality disposable, and recyclable, materials. We do offer tablecloths and other wares that will not need to be returned with set up included.
Think the next generation of fine dining catering. We really are redefining the experience in service but most notably, in flavors.
I have built a team of dedicated professionals that were hand selected and trained. It was quite the challenge to build a team of culinarians that do not rely on boxes, pre-packaged, pre or semi-prepared, frozen, ready to cook (RTC) or ready to eat (RTE) foods. As challenging as it was, the dedication and passion of our team really came through. Its pretty awesome to see but better to taste!

We will ask several questions so that we may tailor the experience to exactly what you are looking for and to bring that vision to a reality but keep it very short as we know your time is valuable. Business by text is very common nowadays and we are more than happy to accommodate.

Many years of high volume, quality driven experience in some of the world's highest rated, and largest hotels, airlines and hospitals as well as traveling the world after graduating a top rated culinary school.
