I have been in the food industry for over 26 years, from working in my younger years as a crew member in fast-food to working my way up to a manager. Cooking is a big part of my life. it started out as a hobby but took a big interest in it in my later years.my specialty is BBQ and soulfood as well as cuisine from my Dad side which is Belezian foods.
At the current time I decided to further my education getting my Bachelor's degree in Business so that I can pursue my aspirations of owning a restaurant. What I love about working with food is to see the smiles face from eating my foods and making people happy is what I live to do I cook from the heart. Learning from my Grandmother and mother and I see they put alot of love into there cooking and that's what got the family together.
Why I stand out in this business is taking pride in what I do goes a long way and I want my customers to feel like family and not just a customer when serving them.
