Thank you for choosing Lazzarini Private Chef Services, we understand there are a lot of choices out there for your event and we are honored you chose us. Creating spectacular food is what we do with the utmost professionalism from our kitchen to the front of the house staff. We are here for you through the entire planning process to create a spectacular event and help you with all of your needs. Our menus are designed as the seasons change and as superior products are available to us. We curate a customized menu for your special occasion.
All of our hors d’oeuvres, entrées, and dessert creations are inventively created by hand and are sure to intrigue all of your senses. Our goal is to exceed your expectations. Thank you again for the opportunity.
You may change your menu and final guest count up to 7 business days prior to the event, changes MUST be in writing. Minimum guest guarantee set when signing the contract. Please review, sign and return this contract with a 25% non refundable, but transferable, deposit to hold the date. The balance is due the evening of your event. Quotes will expire 15 days from day of receipt.
About your chef:
Jennifer Behm-Lazzarini is a graduate of Eastern University with a B.S. in Exercise Science. She is Gordon Ramsay’s Season 2 winner of FOX’s MasterChef USA. After winning she started Pink Martini Catering with services on both the east and west coasts. From 2015-2020 she and her husband Julio were co-chef owners of Red Fin Crudo + Kitchen. She currently has Lazzarini Private Chef Events, creating experiences all over the world.
Jenny is the winner of Beat Bobby Flay and most recently you can see her on Food Network’s Battle of the Decades.
She has cooked at The James Beard House, the USO Grand Gala, the National Mushroom Festival, Saboréa in Puerto Rico, the British Virgin Islands Winemakers Dinners, Meals for the Masters, the MidAtlantic Food + Wine Festival, Bar and Restaurant Innovation Stage, and served as the executive chef for the CVS Grand Gala for two years. She is a Confrerie de La Chaine des Rotisseurs Delaware Bailliage founding member.
She has been featured in the ChefWorks catalog and has appeared on Food Network's Cutthroat Kitchen during the Super Bowl sweeps week.
She loves to travel and has volunteered her time and skills to various MS charities, the USO, DORCAS International, adoption/foster care causes, Meals on Wheels, Miss DE USA and the March of Dimes.
