Hello and thank you for considering Your Personal Chef Bob! I have been a Chef for over 30 years, last position was Excecutive Chef Hard Rock Cafe Atlanta. I enjoy cooking and teaching others how to cook. I would love to prepare a meal for you and can include you in the preparation of the meal or prepare the meal and present it to you and your family. I am originally from New Orleans and love cajun and creole recipes, I won the judges choice award for my Chicken and sausage gumbo at the Beardon Beer Garden last spring! I cook French, Italian, Spanish, Mexican and American cuisine. I have played with some ramen and Chinese dishes and love to grill and smoke meats.
