I am a graduate of Auguste Escoffier Culinary School of arts with my associates degree. I have been cooking for over 20 years. I have experience in baking as well as culinary cuisines. I also love to cook soul food which is a passion of mine. I love cooking because it fulfill me. I have 26 grandchildren and they keep me on my toes with making deserts. I also love to see the look on my clients face when they taste my food. The joy of seeing them love what I prepared is unexplainable. I just started my home business so I haven't reach my expectations yet ,but it's a growing business. I would love to be a personal chef. I make everything from scratch with only the best fresh ingredients.
