I've been fortunate enough to photograph a space capsule coming out of the sky and a heart coming out of a guy (on purpose). I love that my work takes me into people's worlds, capturing their workplace or happy space. In pursuit of imagery I've partnered with clients such as Essentia Water, BNSF Railway, SpaceX and Canon, earning recognition from Communication Arts, APA & ASMP nationally along the way. I also work in motion, creating complete stories for an array of clients. I have a keen eye for finding genuine joy and capturing laughter. I specialize in portraits - graduation or senior portraits, fashion and musician portraits - and friend group photoshoots. I like to go on adventures with my clients, listen to music and comedy, and find genuine smiles through the avenue of laughter. I have been a hobbyist photographer for 10 years - mainly from a fear of failure- and recently decided to take my passion outside of just my friends and family.

I have a very artistic and unique approach with my camera. I use shadow and light to my advantage by creating a scene within a scene. I like to capture a moment from an unexpected angle while still incorporating straight forward, clean compositions. I am also a lot of fun and super easy to get along with! I'm an extroverted people person and not afraid to do what it takes to get the shot. My favorite place to be is behind my camera and in front of beauty. My professional career began as a graphic designer and art director. Photography was a hobby throughout my life until I began getting more involved and wanting to learn and know more. I eventuallly added photography services to my design business and it took off! Having a strong design background has been so instrumental in my photography as I am very aware of focal points, light, balance and "the story" telling aspects.
