Hello! We are 52 Apodaca, an upbeat approach to fine dining and casual events. My friend Trejan Apodaca and I (Dylan Hunsley) started this project in order to show the people around san diego area the beautiful produce that surrounds us. We have a combined 12 years of experience throughout high volume restaurants, michelin kitchens, and private catering. Our goal is to provide and experience that is shaped around your expectations.
