Cooking wasn't always a passion. As I matured and realized the techniques I have gathered over the years were taught to me by people that were and are special to me and they taught me from love and or respect for my thirst for knowledge. The looks on people's face after they try one of the dishes I've prepared is priceless. I've found ways to make people like foods they never thought they would. And those are the best results that I could ever hope for. My love for food and people is why I do what I do.
