I give exceptional A+ exceptional customer service with Big Smiles! Presentation is top on my list and my biggest pet peeve! The quality of foods is a major deal! The taste of various foods is extremely important! Catering to the needs of my clients' needs are my top priority! I go over the top for my clients to ensure that they're taking care of! My passion is cooking great quality foods! I love helping people! I love seeing them enjoying eating my foods! Cooking is my passion period! I live it, breathe it, taste it, see it in my sleep! I love the entire aspect of cooking!! I love seeing so many people enjoying eating the delicious foods that I love to prepare for them. The smiles on their faces, the honest feedback on the presentation, quality and tastes of all foods prepared by me. I'm very detailed about my work! I need it to be perfect before any client receives it!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a phone consultation at your earliest convenience. We discuss all of the details pertaining to the venue. Menu Options, dates, time frame, quotes, all services needed for the venue, etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My grandmothers, uncles in the army and godmother were all chefs! I learned at an early age various ways of cooking through them! I've had several years of training, knowledge and expertise under the leadership with Executive Chefs! I've worked for several companies throughout the years!
What types of customers have you worked with?
My clients are all amazing! I've worked with old and several new local clients withing Maryland. I've gained new clients who are from Pennsylvania, New York, Georgia, Chicago etc. I love what I do!
