Our company is dedicated to you having a great time at your event, from a small gathering to special event. Our staff is professional, our food is the freshest ingredients that are available and carefully prepared. We will work with you to help you select the right menu for your event. We will do gluten free, vegetarian being concerned with any allergies that your guests may have.
I am a graduate of the NY Restaurant School. We are on Facebook and our clients include Dr Oz. (I have his permission) We have many corporate clients in NYC including Stiffel and KBW.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk with them on the phone, finding out what the event is; what they are looking for in the way of a menu and if they will need rentals, staff and if there is a budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
New York Restaurant School graduate. Working for other caterers in their kitchen and offices.

We charge by the person. Our staff is usually paid directly by the client. Our staff has a minimum of five hours and scale of pay is from $25 to $50 per hour. We give the client the rental bill and they pay it directly, we can also arrange for other services like floral and entertainmen.
How did you get started in this business?
I always loved to cook and liked working with people. My first life I was a sales rep for housewares companies.
