I love to provide an amazing and special dining experience to all my clients. We can accomadate many different menu styles, such as Buffet Style, Plated 3, 4 or 5 Course Meals, as well as Family Style Dinner options. I've been in the culinary industry and worked as a Chef for almost 15 years now. I'm very passionate about food and working hard to ensure that all my guests are satisfied with the food and service that myself and my staff provide. I look forward to working with you and providing you and your guests an amazing dining experience!

Each and every event is unique and special because everyone has specific needs and preferences depending on the event they are planning. I enjoy the process of getting to know my client's to ensure I have a full understanding of what they are looking for regarding the menu and service. I pride myself on ensuring my customers are veryu satisfied with the menu, food, and service we provide collectively. With that being said, We can provide any and all rentals needed for your event as well, but for an additional cost. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I meet a new customer or client regarding the event they are planning, I usually will schedule a phone call with them so we can discuss all the details regarding there event. Once we discuss all the specifics regarding their event, such as the menu, staffing needed, rentals, then I will email the new customer a proposal and menu options to review and choose from. As soon as we have a finalized menu in place then I will provide the customer an accurate pricing estimate which will cover everything needed to ensure there event goes smoothly and have everything they envisioned.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Culinary Arts Degree, Serv Safe Certified, and a Bachelors Degree in Business Management & Finance. I've worked for a variety of prestigious companies throughout my career prior to starting my own company.

My pricing varies depending on the event and what the customer would like provided overall. I'm flexible with my pricing options and will work with the client to ensure they are comfortable with everything before moving forward.
How did you get started in this business?
I grew up in a big Italian family and have been cooking since I was a kid. I went to culinary school and have worked as an Executive Chef & Banquet Chef for almost 15 years now. Food is one of my passions and I love providing amazing service to all my client's to ensure there event is a memorable dining experience.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I would advise the customer to really think about there budget and what they would like provided before reaching out to a professional. Depending on the event size, it can be costly but again, I would advise them to just be prepared to move forward and be sure they know what they want regarding their upcoming event.
