. Chef Jazz has spent his early years working with in one of NYC's greatest Culinary facilities qp The Institute of Culinary Education as well as being a Careers Thru Culinary Arts (C-CAP) alumni being tutored under the like of Christine Lee and Marcus Samuelson
Chef Jazz has spent the last year honing his skills under Chopped Champion & New York Times featured celebrity chef & star personality with the last year having worked a 300 person job at Hearst Towers and catering for 50 in New Jersey. He's a refreshing new take on the culinary industry.

I like to meet up face to face or phone call and discuss the plan as well as the menu and it is during this meeting we can discuss the deposit fee and if you would like a demonstration or tasting that can be available too
