Along with our regular menu, we offer authentic specialty Bar-B-Que by Gorabhai, our co-founder/chef.
Customisation of foods as per your choice.We have part-time chefs for Medittaranean, American (Southern) & Italian cuisines. Desi Music setup possible. DesiFoodTruck caters to House birthday/graduation/baby-shower parties, Corporate events, Block parties, Festivals & can travel within the tristate area & beyond.

How did you get started in this business?
Lack of tasty, popular streetfoods we grew up with in India and adjoining countries.
We started with a mobile Foodtruck which seemed to be the best vehicle to reach different markets, rather than wait for those markets to come to us.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Corporate, Casual, Nightclubs, Food Festivals, Music Festivals, Inner-City neighborhoods’ block parties & the like.
Our menus cover meat lovers, vegetarians, vegans, gluten-free diet’ folks etc.
