My name is Roy but I go by Chef Royce , born and raised in Syracuse NY , started my business in 2017 , but I started cooking because of my grandfather (He is a chef also) the doctors found pancreatitis cancer and he almost didn't make it so he wanted me to open up a restaurant but he is here today and I'm still cooking and creating new dishes and making sure I hit every note in my clients food pallet ....If you book me you will have a great experience with food..
