hello, I am a very passionate professional chef that has been working in the industry for over 15 years, I've worked in almost every facet of the industry, including fine dining, private dinners, Family chef and corporate. I have trained under certified master chefs and have picked up many tricks throughout the years. . I excel in Italian/Mediterranean cuisine, but I can cook anything and everything.
