My name is Shane, but you can call cupcake . I am from Philly moved here about 3 years ago. Since iv bin up here iv seen that there is not much range in the way of new ideas with food it all seems to be the same. I have been in the industry for over 23 years and love what I do.

There's nothing I can't do in a kitchen , I just do it a bit different. There's a story for every meal I make (and it will blow your mind ) . I may not seem like the the everyday chef, and thats because I'm not ( I'm better ).

The only way to be the best is to take chances, take one with me you won't be disappointed.
