Boudoir is vulnerable work, and I don't take that lightly. My background is in lighting for film and television, which means I know how to shape light in ways that feel cinematic and intentional—never harsh, never unflattering. My experience began in Peru at age of 16, doing surfing photography and working in my darkroom that I built in my grandfather’s garage. Shortly after, I started doing travel photography, photojournalism and fell in love with street photography. I Studied History of Art for a year at Brookside College in Cambridge, England; after that I moved to Northern California, where I studied four years majoring in photography at California College of the Arts, in Oakland.
