From the vibrant streets of Mexico City to the bustling epicenter of New York City, Elena's star has illuminated both the restaurant world and the set of Master Chef Latino's culinary production. Notably, she served as the GM of Mesa Coyoacan in Williamsburg, leaving an indelible mark.
Since 2018, Elena has graced Miami with her presence, captivating Floridian palates with her exquisite creations. She believes life's most cherished moments happen in person, with every dish she crafts and every event she designs becoming a canvas for shared memories. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Elena started cooking since She was a child, taking some local culinary classes in Valencia- Venezuela.
She is been cooking Lebanese food almost her entire life because Of her Lebanese roots.
She moved in 2006 to Mexico City while She was there She took some traditional Mexican cooking classes and travel abroad looking for the best recipes and flavors.
In 2013 After Mexico, Elena Decided to move to New York City where She has been a noteworthy leader in the service industry. You might know her from her work as the GM of one of the most popular and famous Mexican Restaurants in Williamsburg Brooklyn, NY named Mesa Coyoacan, after the Chef/ owner Ivan Garcia and his partner Gerardo Zavaleta became popular with the premier of his movie “ I carry you with me” (Sony Pictures) but Elena can also be credited with contributions to Master Chef Latino in the culinary production area and for her talent to created amazing culinary and events experiences in Venezuela, Mexico, New York and now in Miami.
Since 2018 Elena has been based in Miami Florida and she keeps giving the most exquisite service - experience to all of her Floridians clients.
