I am Reverend Wayne K. Redman, and I currently serve as senior pastor of the First Church Baldwin, United Methodist Church in Baldwin New York. I have been an ordained minister since, 2016, and previously worked with congregations in the capacity as a Certified Lay Minister, and Certified Lay Servant for over twenty years, before becoming a member of the clergy. In August of 2021, I became a Certified NYS Chaplain, and have completed two units of Clinical Pastoral Education to expand my capacity to be of service to those challenged by mental and social disorders, as I firmly believe the call to serve others includes all of God’s children.
