Every customer is a new experience. Is alway a pleasure to see people enjoy our food and service, I always look for the local ingredients first that are sourced from NYC. This is how I am try to give back some to the locals.
I have been in restaurants business for the last two decades from a diswaher to general manager of several stores in NYC and I love to serve the best to my costumers.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing when I contact with a customer, I first ask about their budget and needs, event size and what type of meal would like to have. When I understand the customer needs I will customize a menu base on the information obtained

I enjoy my work for the last two decades that I stared in food business, and I know what it takes to get the job done because I have been in every section from being a dishwasher to general manager up to running my own business now
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have been working with many different customer from large companies like nike, macy's to small parties of 10 to 20 people, but we always focus on supplying the best of everything
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
There was a request for a lunch on Tuesday morning for the same day and we have to make 200 hundred sandwiches with side salads, thank to the resources I have and I know we were able to make everything on time and the customer was really happy
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would advise the customer to make sure that both you and the profesional cater are on the same page and keep continuous communication from start to finish and not to be afraid to ask for any details.
