I've been a professional photographer for 12 years. Starting my career and a bachelors' degree in fashion design in South Africa, branching out to photography here in the US, working under several fantastic photographers and studios, attending the best photography conventions and keeping abreast of the latest technologies in equipment and software. I am a Sony shooter with a Bachelor's Degree in Digital Cinematography. I have worked on numerous film projects of all types and always strive to deliver exactly what the customer wants. I have been a photographer for over 10 years and use both natural light and off camera flash systems to create stunning portraits and industry standard quality product photos. Capturing beauty in whatever or whoever my subject may be is my number one priority in my shoots and I can stylize the final product in post production to achieve the look the customer desires.

For many years I was a culinary artist (a chef) working in fine dining restaurants and hotels across the United States. Health issues forced me out of the career that I worked my entire life for and I didn't know what i was going to do. I had dabbled in painting in my early years but always had just considered it a hobby until some much needed self reflection and meditation made me realize that I've always been an artist and I'm merely changing mediums from food to acrylics and photography. I enjoy creating dynamic images for my clients, regardless of the genre. I've traveled to more than 60 countries producing media products for a variety of individuals, companies, and non-profits.

I am purely a natural light photographer. I graduated with a media degree back in the 80's and worked in NYC as a still photographer on advertising sets. I knew then that I loved portrait work! I decided after having children and taking photos of all my freinds kids as well as my own, that I would start my own business. We moved alot so I had to keep building clients, so I have always remained small but forever inspired! I love to meet new people and my goal is for them to feel comfortable with me and my trusty lens! Bringing out the spirit and beauty in people... thats my main goal!
