While we are new to Fash, we are an established and reputable event/catering company that has been servicing the greater PNW for almost 10 years! Previously doing business as Emerald City Cakes and Chocolates, we have expanded our offerings and now offer a plethora of services. From full service wedding and corporate catering to private in-home chef services, there is nothing that we cannot handle.
We are a full service catering company and can handle every facet of your event, from planning and coordination all the way through clean-up! I put top priority on quality and customer satisfaction and go to great lengths to make sure I understand exactly what the client is looking for.
We travel and service the entire Pacific Northwest, from coastal weddings in Southern Oregon, high rise private parties in downtown Seattle, to large events in the middle of a hop farm in Yakima, we do it all! We also travel and do destination events throughout the United States, with past events in South Lake Tahoe, San Francisco, and New York and with upcoming events in Dallas and Anchorage!
When I am working I am doing what I love and I feel that it shows in the food that we produce. We have incredibly high standards for the services and products that we provide, making sure to treat each customer with the attention and respect that they deserve. We are honored to be included and chosen to be a part of our client's special occasions and we treat it like the privilege that it is.
Paul and Stephanie with Chomp! Foods are AMAZING! They catered my wedding back in April and the food was incredible. They were able to whip up 9 delicious dishes for 40 people AND a beautiful crystal-geod wedding cake for a very reasonable price. They were on site early to ensure they had plenty of time to finish preparing and setting up, and executed everything perfectly. Not to mention how nice and accommodating they were during the planning process! I will definitely be using them for every big event I plan, and telling my friends to do the same!
We work with each client directly. We start off with a phone consultation, where we find out all of the details of the event and go over the client's menu preferences. We go over all of their likes, dislikes, favorite dishes, what they want to have served, any allergies, etc. After gathering as much information as possible, I put together an initial suggested menu and send it off for review. If there are any changes that need to be made, we go back and forth as many times as necessary until everything on the menu is exactly as they want to have it. I always take special requests, so each menu is tailored to fit each client.
I went to college to be a history professor, but left that to pursue cooking. I am a self taught chef and have a passion and dedication for what I do that is rare to find. I love what I do and I would like to think that it shows in what we produce.
